The process of taking a pre-trained model and further training it on a smaller, task-specific dataset to adapt it to a particular domain or application. Fine-tuning allows specializing a generalist model (GPT, Llama) for a specific domain.

Fine-tuning — Processus d’ajustement d’un modèle pré-entraîné sur de nouvelles données pour l’adapter à une tâche spécifique. Le fine-tuning permet de spécialiser un modèle généraliste (GPT, Llama) pour un domaine particulier avec relativement peu de données et de calcul.
